Devean is a 24-year-old singer and songwriter from Brampton, Ontario, making her mark as an emerging artist known for her smooth vocals, emotional depth, and Afro-Caribbean-inspired style. While pursuing a Bachelor of Design in Technology at Humber College, she effortlessly balances her academic path with her love for music and the arts.

Her journey in the spotlight began at just six years old, landing roles in film and TV, including Double Wedding, The Border 2, and The Aftermath. By the age of 11, her passion for music took center stage, shaping her into the expressive performer and writer she is today.

Devean has released standout singles such as caribbean boy and african flame, Fallen,  Beautiful Girl and more each showcasing her unique sound and ability to connect through heartfelt lyrics and genre-blending melodies.

She’s earned first place in the French Idol competition, third place in the Brampton Board of Trade Talent Show, and has graced stages such as Afro festival , Mimosa Festival , Jamaica day, Brampton rose theatre the Keep 6ix Basketball Charity Event, weddings, and other community events. Her performances are known for leaving audiences captivated and emotionally moved.
